May I purchase a home at Cumberland Trace with the intention to lease it?
No. The 3rd Amendment to the Declaration prohibits new owners from leasing their homes. Owners that purchased their homes prior to the passing of the 3rd Amendment may still choose to lease their homes.

Does the HOA provide hazard insurance? How can I obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
The HOA does provide hazard insurance for all units. Insurance information can be obtained directly from the insurance agency by contacting Robins Insurance at certificates@robinsins.com or by calling 615-665-9200.?Thank you.

How can I pay may my monthly HOA Fees?
There are 3 HOA Fee payment options: 1) Payment of HOA Fees by Auto-Draft (highly recommended): Homeowners are encouraged to pay their HOA fees via auto-draft through David Floyd & Associates, Inc. This saves owners the worry of having to remember to pay their HOA fees, avoids late fees, and helps with the Association's cash flow. There is no charge to sign up for auto-draft. If you change your bank account or if you sell your home, please remember to notify us in writing at least ten (10) days before the change occurs. To sign up for auto-draft, please complete and return the auto-draft form (located under the documents tab) along with a voided check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. via mail to 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320, Brentwood, TN 37027, via email to accounting@dfloydassoc.com, or via fax to 615-297-9340. 2) Payment of HOA Fees by Check: Owners are welcome to pay their HOA Fees by mailing a check to Cumberland Trace HOA, c/o David Floyd and Associates, Inc., PO Box 357 Commerce, GA. 30529-0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Cumberland Trace HOA and include your unit number in the memo section. 3) Online Payment of HOA Fees: Cumberland Trace is set up to allow owners to pay their HOA fees online. To make an online payment, go to https://dfa1.cincwebaxis.com and sign in at the top right corner of the screen (NOTE: You will have to register prior to signing in for the first time). Once signed in, click on %u201CPay Fees%u201D at the top left corner of the screen. Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card) and provide your payment information. Click %u201CSubmit eCheck/Credit Card Payment.%u201D Make sure that your payment information is correct and click %u201CSubmit Payment.%u201D Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99 fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% fee for credit card payments.
